Zatoona Labs is operated by Zatoona B.V. (“we,” “us”). By accepting an invitation and signing in, you agree to these terms, our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
What early access is
Zatoona Labs is currently invite-only. Your invitation is personal: please do not share your account. Accounts in early access have usage limits, which we may adjust as we go.
Free during early access
There is no charge for Zatoona Labs during early access. Before paid plans start, we will tell you at least 15 days in advance, and you decide whether to continue.
Early software
Zatoona Labs is in active development. Features will change, and things may sometimes break or be unavailable. We do not promise any particular uptime during early access, so keep your own copies of data and results that matter to you.
Your data and findings stay yours
- You keep all rights to the data you bring and to the results, code and findings you create in Zatoona Labs.
- We open your files only to support you, at your request. We never use your data to train models.
- Zatoona Cloud is hosted in the EU, and you can delete your projects at any time.
You are responsible for having the right to use the data you bring, including any approvals your institution requires. Please do not bring identifiable patient data to Zatoona Labs during early access. If your work needs it, talk to us about a pilot inside your institution.
Helping improve Zatoona Labs
During early access, the Zatoona team may review your sessions (your prompts, conversations, the AI’s steps and its results) to improve Zatoona Labs. This is on by default. You can turn it off when you first sign in, or at any time in your account settings. Sessions are reviewed only by the Zatoona team, only to improve Zatoona Labs, and never to train models. We do not review your uploaded files this way, but results can include parts of your data, such as tables or plots.
We also collect usage information, such as which features you use, how long runs take and any errors, to keep Zatoona Labs working well.
What we may say publicly
We may name your organization as an early access user of Zatoona Labs. We will not name you personally, quote you, or describe your work publicly without your written permission.
Feedback
We may get in touch to ask how Zatoona Labs is working for you. If you share ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve Zatoona, with no obligation to you.
Design partners
If you join as a design partner, you get dedicated support from the team, higher usage limits, and a direct say in what we build next. We check in every few weeks. Any write-up of your work as a use case is agreed with you before it is published, and you can withdraw your permission at any time before then.
A research tool
Zatoona Labs supports research. Its findings should be checked with your own judgment and independent verification, and it is not medical advice or a basis for decisions about the care of individual patients.
Ending early access
You can stop using Zatoona Labs at any time and ask us to delete your account and data. We may end or pause early access with reasonable notice, or straight away if an account is misused.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as early access develops. When we make a material change, we will tell you before it applies and revise the date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute goes to the competent court in Gelderland, the Netherlands, unless mandatory law gives you the right to go to court elsewhere.
