Information you give us. When you submit the pilot application or the contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, organization, role or position, the research areas you select, the topic of your message, and anything you write in the free-text fields. You choose what to share; the form fields marked required are the ones we need to follow up.

Information collected automatically. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic (for example, which pages are viewed). This does not identify you individually. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, for security and reliability.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• respond to your message or pilot application;
• evaluate whether the Zatoona Labs pilot is a fit for your work;
• contact you about your request and, if relevant, arrange a call; and
• maintain, secure, and improve this website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How your information is shared

We share your information only with service providers that help us operate this site, and only as needed to provide their service:

• Resend — delivers the emails generated by the forms (your submission is sent to our team, and a confirmation is sent to you).
• Vercel — hosts this website and provides the cookieless analytics described above.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or the integrity of our service.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookieless. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you and to manage the pilot program, and then for a reasonable period for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email contact@zatoona.ai and we will respond as required by applicable law, including the GDPR and CCPA where they apply to you.

International transfers

We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Children

This site is intended for professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
